We’re committed to animal welfare
We don’t test our products on animals nor do we purchase ingredients from suppliers who do so. We are proudly certified as Cruelty Free by Leaping Bunny and PETA and we support other organizations that are committed to exposing and ending the use of animals in experiments and replacing tests on animals with other methods. Aside from being Cruelty Free, our formulas are purely plant based and 100% vegan - with no insect byproducts either (no beeswax).

We believe in complete transparency with our customers, which is why we have included the word "Clearly" in our brand name. We take pride in displaying all our ingredients visibly on every product and list them with names that are easy to recognize. Our products are free from any toxic chemicals, parabens, sulfates, artificial fragrances, artificial colors or synthetics, ensuring that you are not exposed to any harmful substances. Instead, our formulas harness the power of nature, featuring a variety of medicinal plants and healing herbs that provide all the goodness without any of the bad stuff.
Sustainability in practice
Our dedication to environmental sustainability extends beyond our products and into our daily operations. We strive to reduce our footprint by using sustainable and ethically-sourced wildcrafted ingredients in our formulations. We take a stand against palm oil due to its harmful impact on the rainforest. Additionally, we embrace remote work and energy conservation in our office. We also prioritize the use of recyclable and compostable materials and we’re big fans of reusing and repurposing to further reduce waste.
Anhydrous products made in California
From formula creation and testing to bottle filling and packaging, we are intimately involved in every step of product development. Inspired by our location and our commitment to the planet, we avoid using water in our formulas, unless absolutely necessary. In fact, 98% of our products are anhydrous! Waterless products have numerous advantages, including increased potency of the product due to no fillers, elimination of unnecessary additives such as preservatives, and a significant reduction in our carbon footprint.
